Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 WEEKS (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If its a Pre-Order session you will get updated on when you'll receive your order

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  2. Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
 
- Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as postal or customs delays.

Shipping Destinations:
- We ship to addresses in USA for now. Please note that shipping to certain remote areas may incur additional charges or longer shipping times.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Boulevard Couture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Changes to Shipping Policy:
- We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy regularly.
